To hire the hall for a private function, first check its availability on the bookings calendar and, if it is available for your function, email bookings@kilmestonvillagehall.co.uk or contact Di Bye on 01962 771086.

 

Charges are inclusive of electricity but please note that conditions apply.

For Kilmeston residents, charges are:

For non-residents, charges are:

If you are hiring the hall for, or on behalf of, a registered charity, the committee may, at its discretion, waive the rental part of the charge. There will, however, be a charge for electricity, as follows:

Please note that, if you cancel a booking within 48 hours of its start time, you will be charged 50% of the appropriate rate.
